Insurance
We are happy to determine if your insurance company will reimburse you for your dentistry. If your company provides dental benefits, we will file any claims that are needed to get as much coverage as possible. Please free to call our office to discuss your insurance coverage.
Dental Emergencies
Should a dental emergency occur, Dr. Slawinowski makes every effort to see and care for patients of record as soon as possible. Dr. Slawinowski can be reached after hours if needed to assure patients are treated as soon as possible.
